A Player Has to Participate in FIDE Rated Events and perform well against ELO Rated Players. All India Chess Federation (A.I.C.F.) Conducts These Rated Events with Recognised and Relevant Chess Associations of Different States. Based on the Overall Performance i.e. Scoring Points in These Rated Events Boosts and Converts an Unrated Player into FIDE ELO Rating Player.
